Meet Our Chef
Born in Miami and shaped by a lifetime of traveling the East Coast, Steven Cabrera brings more than 15 years of culinary experience in fine dining, hotels, and country clubs to Eleven 11. A Culinary Arts graduate of A-B Tech and Guinness World Record holder for unique knife skills, he is celebrated for both his precision in the kitchen and his artistry with fruit carvings and ice sculptures. Fluent in English and Spanish, Steven combines creativity, innovation, and leadership to deliver unforgettable dining experiences and inspire the Eleven 11 Steakhouse team and guests.
